Sky Sport Italia reports that Napoli have opened preliminary talks with Federico Chiesa’s agent Fali Ramadani.
Chiesa is one of Napoli’s targets for the 2025-26 campaign, as already reported by Football Italia.
The Italy international wants to leave Liverpool to get more playing time next season.
According to the latest report from Sky Sport Italia, the Partenopei have recently opened talks with the winger’s representative Ramadani.
The defending Serie A champions will sign two attacking wingers this summer and are also in talks with Bologna for Dan Ndoye and Manchester United’s Jadon Sancho.
Chiesa scored two goals and provided two assists in 14 appearances across all competitions with Liverpool in 2024-25.
The 27-year-old hasn’t played for the Italy national team since last summer’s Euros.
The new Azzurri boss, Gennaro Gattuso, has already called the ex-Juventus and Fiorentina winger, telling him that he should be looking for more playing time to regain a spot in the team.
Chiesa has scored seven goals in 51 appearances with the Italy national team, winning EURO 2020.
