Could 19-year-old Turkish star Arda Guler leave Real Madrid?

According to a report from AS, Guler's former club in Turkey, Fenerbahce, is showing interest in re-signing the player on loan for the remainder of the season, with head coach Jose Mourinho said to be a big fan of his. 

No moves have been made yet, as Fenerbahce is only monitoring Guler's situation before potentially opening talks with Real Madrid in the January transfer window.

Playing for Real Madrid is a dream for many footballers. As one of the top teams in Europe, Los Blancos are routinely favored to win trophies. 

However, playing for Real Madrid can be a double-edged sword. Given how many players want to play for Los Blancos, the team is overloaded with talent, so not every player earns significant playing time. 

Players often learn this the hard way, and for younger players, it can be an especially difficult situation. 

This may be the case for Guler, who signed for Real Madrid in the summer of 2023 and has had an up-and-down time with the team.

Whether it's dealing with injuries or not getting the playing time he had hoped, the Turkish star may already be contemplating his future. 

Given its current injury situation, Guler's departure on loan would not be ideal for the club. Los Blancos are thin in the attack because of injuries to Brahim Diaz and Vinicius Jr., so Guler could get additional playing time soon.
