Manchester United are approaching the January transfer window with the Red Devils currently sitting tenth in the Premier League following the opening 12 games of the season.
United, who have picked up 18 points so far this campaign, have scored 19 times whilst conceding the same number.
Furthermore, Ruben Amorim’s side sit just two points away from fifth and three points away from fourth ahead of the festive period.
As well as this, Manchester United currently are above sides such as Liverpool, Newcastle United, and Nottingham Forest.
But, with January on the horizon, the Red Devils could look to recruit.
Earlier in the month, CentreDevils exclusively revealed that Kees Smit was wanted by Manchester United ahead of January.
As well as this, we exclusively revealed that Ruben Amorim had won the Premier League Manager of the Month award for October prior to it being announced.
Now, we can exclusively reveal that Manchester United are monitoring Robinho Junior, with the Santos player already being scouted by United.
We can also reveal that Santos sources have not ruled out the sale of Junior before the end of the year due to financial issues ahead of a possible relegation for the side.
CentreDevils is also aware that Robinho Junior has a €100m release clause but is expected to be sold for much less.
Finally, we can reveal that Santos is aware of multiple clubs targeting Junior including Chelsea, Inter Milan, Espanyol, and Galatasaray.
This is a joint exclusive with a Santos FC reporter from Diaro do Peixe called Lucas Barros (@lucasdsbarros on X – formerly Twitter).
Junior has started twice for Santos this season and scored once and is seen as an exciting prospect at just 17 years of age.
