Felipe Anderson maintains Lazio must ‘try at all costs to play our game’ and keep possession away to Atletico Madrid in the Champions League.
It kicks off at the Wanda Metropolitano at 20.00 GMT.
Although both teams have already qualified for the Round of 16, a victory here would allow Lazio to win the group and go through as top seeds for Monday’s draw.
“It will be a very difficult match, as they are very strong, but we are wearing the Lazio jersey and therefore must try to do our best,” Felipe Anderson told Mediaset.
“This is a competition we really wanted to take part in, so winning here and topping the group would be an important achievement.”
While Diego Simeone’s Atletico Madrid are famous for their defending and counter-attacking, Maurizio Sarri and Lazio tend to focus on possession and building out from the back.
“We know what our qualities are and must try at all costs to play our game, keep the ball, which will be difficult, but not impossible. We must be concentrated and solid.”
