The World Cup is set to begin in two weeks, and the world will be covering the event in many ways. Former players and managers will be giving their opinions publicly throughout many networks.
Former US Soccer figures will be present to cover the event, one of the big figures is former USMNT head coach Gregg Berhalter, who is currently the head coach for the Chicago Fire in the MLS.
Over the weekend, Berhalter coached the Chicago Fire's last MLS game before the World Cup, where they defeated Toronto FC 2-1 at home. Chicago Fire are third in the Eastern Conference with 26 points after 14 league games.
During the World Cup, Berhalter will not take a month-long break as he will be part of a show reacting. Berhalter will be part of FanDuel's World Cup show called the Coaches Corner.
Front Office Sports reported that FanDuel will be launching a World Cup show called Coaches Corner, with the first episode premiering next week on June 1st.
The show will feature three former USMNT head coaches, including Gregg Berhalter, Bruce Arena, and Bob Bradley. The show will be shown on FanDuel TV, and Front Office Sports reports that the show serves as a model for how FanDuel TV plans to cover high-profile events moving forward.
The show will be hosted by Fox Sports' Rob Stone, with 10 episodes expected this summer.
