Inter Miami, Lionel Messi, and co. are preparing for their second MLS Playoffs match, and amidst the training sessions ahead of facing Nashville, Halloween fever has arrived.
Miami Herald reporter Michelle Kaufman published a video this Friday from the Herons' training featuring an equipment manager dressed in a full bear costume.

Inter Miami itself joined the Halloween euphoria by playing a prank on the players. A club worker offered a piece of candy, but when the players tried to take it, a fake spider would jump out.

On Instagram, Claro Sports journalist Jose Armando also published a video showing Messi, Luis Suarez, and Rodrigo De Paul greeting the manager in the bear costume. David Beckham is also briefly seen.
Inter Miami visits Nashville this Saturday at Geodis Park for the second of up to three matches that will define which team advances to the Eastern Conference semifinals.
Achieving the Conference semifinals would mark the first time Messi and his teammates qualify for that stage in MLS, as they were eliminated by Atlanta United in the best-of-three round last year.
The Herons delivered in the first leg against Nashville, winning the match 3-1, with a brace from their #10 (19', 90+6') and another goal from Tadeo Allende (62'). The visitors' goal was courtesy of Hany Mukhtar in the 90+12th minute.
After the match, coach Javier Mascherano acknowledged that the Boys in Gold are a good team and that they will most likely have to change their strategy for the second encounter.
Although Miami took the victory in the first leg, Nashville registered six total shots, with three of them on target, so Mascherano will have to make defensive adjustments to avoid running significant risks again.
