INEOS co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe continues to oversee one of the biggest rebuilds in world football at Manchester United.

However, not every decision has gone down well with supporters.

The Red Devils have signed five players this summer, bringing in Andrey Santos, Youri Tielemans, Karl Darlow, Kit Margetson and Tynan Thompson.

Despite that activity, many fans remain unconvinced.

Two of the arrivals are goalkeepers who are not expected to become first-choice options immediately.

Tynan Thompson is viewed as an exciting youngster but is unlikely to play major first-team minutes this season.

Santos arrives after leaving Chelsea in search of regular football.

Meanwhile, Tielemans is an experienced addition at 29 years old.

Supporters continue calling for another marquee signing, particularly in midfield.

The frustration was especially visible when United recently announced their Betway sponsorship, with plenty of supporters responding by demanding further investment into Carrick’s squad.

Away from Old Trafford, however, another INEOS-backed project has now launched an entirely different initiative.

INEOS officially unveils club’s latest business venture

As well as holding a minority stake in Manchester United, INEOS also own French club OGC Nice.

According to Nice’s official website, the Ligue 1 side have officially launched their own limited-edition coffee in collaboration with local company Cafes Indien.

The blend has been created exclusively for supporters and will be sold through the club’s official store in Place Massena.

Nice explained that the project was designed to celebrate local craftmanship while bringing supporters together through the shared values of football and community.

The coffee has been produced using Costa Rican beans grown in San Rafael de Tarrazu.

The collaboration also highlights Jean-Francois Torre, a lifelong Nice supporter and local roaster whose family business has been producing coffee since 1925.

To celebrate the launch, the club will host a special tasting event at the Massena store on 15 August where Torre will meet supporters and explain the story behind the collaboration.

While United fans continue focusing on transfers, another club within the wider INEOS football portfolio has taken a rather different approach to engaging its supporters.
