Marko Arnautovic is expected to start with Lautaro Martinez when Inter face Roma on Sunday, with Carlos Augusto and Davide Frattesi also stepping in.
It had originally been scheduled for today, but had to be postponed due to the day of mourning for the funeral of Pope Francis.
The kick-off time will now be Sunday at 14.00 UK time (13.00 GMT, 15.00 CET) at San Siro.
Some changes are forced upon coach Simone Inzaghi, because Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Alessandro Bastoni are both sitting out bans.
There are also injuries for Marcus Thuram, Denzel Dumfries and Piotr Zielinski, although the latter two might be on the bench.
Thuram is hoping to be back for the Champions League semi-final first leg against Barcelona on April 30.
With that in mind, Carlos Augusto will bolster the back three, while Frattesi gets a rare Serie A start in midfield.
Arnautovic is now fit enough to start upfront with Lautaro Martinez, because Tucu Correa was deeply disappointing against Bologna last weekend, while Mehdi Taremi failed to make an impact in Wednesday’s 3-0 Coppa Italia semi-final defeat to Milan.
Inter probable line-up against Roma (3-5-2): Sommer; Pavard, Acerbi, Carlos Augusto; Darmian, Frattesi, Calhanoglu, Barella, Dimarco; Lautaro Martinez, Arnautovic
