Inter Miami have a crucial league match in the MLS tonight when they host Nashville SC at Nu Stadium.

Nashville SC remains top of the Eastern Conference with 53 points and 9 points above Inter Miami, who are second with 44 points. Earlier this week, both teams played away from home.

Inter Miami drew 1-1 with Chicago Fire away at Soldier Field while Nashville SC lost 2-1 to Toronto FC at BMO Field.

Inter Miami and Nashville SC faced off three times this year, and tonight’s game will be the fourth time they meet. Nashville SC eliminated Inter Miami in the CONCACAF Champions Cup Round of 16 after a 1-1 draw on aggregate and winning by away goals.

In August, Nashville SC defeated Inter Miami 4-1 at home in GEODIS Park in the MLS.

For tonight’s match, Inter Miami will be without Tadeo Allende, Santiago Morales, and Mateo Silvetti due to injuries. Micael, Sergio Reguilón, and Gonzalo Lujan are back in the squad.

Nashville’s only player out due to injury is Warren Madrigal.
