Inter Milan, Man City, and Napoli are ready to pounce if goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma doesn’t extend his contract with PSG.
This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews.
At the moment, Gianluigi Donnarumma is a player whose future is up in the air.
The former AC Milan keeper is out of contract with Paris Saint-Germain at the end of next June. The Parisians have yet to hold the decisive talks regarding his future.
Tuttosport report that the likeliest option right now would be for Donnarumma to sign a new deal with PSG.
The 26-year-old has gone some way to dispelling any doubts with his performances in the Champions League.
Donnarumma is certainly the first-choice starter for PSG under Luis Enrique. That had not always been clearly the case.
Still, Tuttosport note, there is far from a guarantee that Gianluigi Donnarumma and PSG will agree a new deal.
And if there is no agreement on an extension, the newly-crowned Champions League winners could look to sell Donnarumma this summer while they have the chance.
And one of the main teams vying to sign the Italian international would be Inter.
Despite having just lost 5-0 to PSG, the Nerazzurri could aim to lure their goalkeeper.
Meanwhile, Manchester City are also keen on Donnarumma. The Cityzens may have to replace Ederson this summer.
Then, Napoli are also in the frame, according to Tuttosport. However, should the Partenopei confirm a contract extension for Alex Meret, that would likely quiet their interest.
