Inter Milan President Clarifies: ‘Taremi Will Decide On His Future, Calhanoglu Important For Inter’s President & Future’

Inter Milan President Beppe Marotta says Mehdi Taremi “will decide on his future” and Hakan Calhanoglu “is important to Inter Milan.”

The Nerazzurri President gave his thoughts to Turkish broadcaster TRT Sport, via FCInterNews.

With deadline day looming, Inter have still not managed to find a new club for striker Mehdi Taremi.

The Iranian has looked set to leave Inter for much of the summer transfer window.

And at the moment, it is Olympiacos that look to be the likeliest club to sign the 33-year-old. They have an agreement with Inter on a deal, according to various reports.

Meanwhile, midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu has been the subject of rumours throughout the summer transfer window.

For weeks, there were strong links between the former AC Milan midfielder and Galatasaray. However, in the end he has remained at Inter despite all the rumours.
