Rasmus Hojlund has reportedly asked his manager to secure him a stay at Manchester United amid growing interest from Inter Milan.

Per UnitedDistrict via FCInterNews, the Danish striker wants to continue his faltering career at Old Trafford.

United signed Rasmus Hojlund as an up-and-coming star from Atalanta in 2023, splashing out £70 million to capture his signature.

However, the 22-year-old’s career in the Premier League has never taken off.

Indeed, he bagged four goals in 32 league outings in 2024/25, casting major doubt on his long-term future in Manchester.

Yet, he looks determined to revive his first-team prospects under Ruben Amorim.

Inter Milan Quest to Sign Rasmus Hojlund from Manchester United Suffer Massive Blow

Despite his dire form, Hojlund doesn’t consider a summer exit, though a Serie A return could be on the cards.

Meanwhile, the Red Devils may listen to offers for their overpaid flop.

Aware of the situation, Inter are contemplating a summer bid for the towering center-forward.

However, the player’s desire to stay and fight for a place in United’s starting XI remains a stumbling block.

In addition to Hojlund, Inter are still in the race for Jonathan David despite Napoli’s recent attempts to lure him to Italy.
