Club Brugge have reportedly rejected Milan’s latest offer for Ardon Jashari.

Belgian side Club Brugge have rejected Milan’s latest offer for Swiss midfielder Jashari, according to Belgian transfer expert Sacha Tavolieri.

Milan’s latest offer for Jashari rejected

Milan director Tare said on Sunday that Milan had sent their final bid and would not make a further proposal to sign the 22-year-old midfielder.

According to reports, Milan’s bid was worth €33.5m plus add-ons, but was still short of Club Brugge’s €40m asking price.

Tare irritated Club Brugge directors

Matteo Moretto (via Milannews) adds that Club Brugge directors didn’t appreciate Tare’s public statements regarding Milan’s offer for Jashari, which came just a few hours before their season debut in the Belgian Pro League.

Jashari was not involved in Club Brugge’s latest two competitive matches against Union Saint-Gilloise (Belgian Super League) and Genk.

The Swiss international has already agreed to personal terms with Milan, who have made big changes in central midfield this summer by selling Tijjani Reijnders and signing Samuele Ricci and Luka Modric.
