Cristiano Ronaldo will lead Al Nassr against Al Hilal tonight at Al-Awwal Park in a crucial Saudi Pro League clash.

Al Nassr are currently at the top of the table and are inching closer toward winning the Saudi Pro League with a result tonight.

However, Al Hilal, managed by Simone Inzaghi, remain unbeaten in the league this season and still have a game in hand, making this one of the biggest matches in the title race.

Al Hilal sits five points behind Al Nassr, but a win in the Riyadh Derby would cut the gap to just two points and put the pressure back on the league leaders. A draw would still leave Al Nassr in a strong position, needing only one more win from their remaining matches to secure the title.

Ronaldo is also chasing his first Saudi Pro League title since joining Al Nassr. Ahead of the match, the Portuguese forward shared a message on Instagram asking fans to continue supporting the team.

“Your support has pushed us every single week. In the stadium, at home and everywhere around the world. That energy is with us on the pitch. Let’s make it count. For us. For you. For Nassr. See you tomorrow,” Ronaldo wrote.

Ronaldo is fully fit and expected to start for Al Nassr in the Riyadh derby. The 41-year-old will also captain the side as he looks to continue his impressive form in the league.

The former Real Madrid and Manchester United star recently scored his 100th Saudi Pro League goal during Al Nassr’s 4-2 win over Al Shabab.

Ronaldo had earlier missed a few matches after suffering a hamstring injury during Al Nassr’s 3-1 victory over Al Fayha on March 1, 2026. The injury kept him out of three league games and also ruled him out of Portugal’s international friendlies against Mexico and the United States. He has since recovered and returned to action for Al Nassr.
