Juventus are in advanced talks to sign Jadon Sancho from Manchester United, and Tuttosport notes that the Englishman’s signature would allow the Bianconeri to fulfil their first summer target.
Manchester United winger Sancho has prioritised a move to Juventus, as Football Italia reported earlier this week, so the Bianconeri are now working to finalise a deal with the player and the Red Devils.
Tuttosport confirms that Juventus are close to reaching an agreement with both parties, indicating that the likely transfer fee will be around €25m.
Sancho is aware that he’ll need to lower his Manchester United salary at Juventus, and according to Tuttosport, he’ll have to cut £300,000 per week from his current wages.
Juventus, however, have offered him a key role in their project, and Sancho is more than tempted to move to Turin.
His purchase would allow the Old Lady to fulfil the first summer target, which is completing the team in numerical terms before the start of the pre-season.
After signing Jonathan David and an attacking midfielder/winger, in fact, the Bianconeri will have two players in each position, and new signings will be completed only after the departures of their unwanted players.
