Juventus have identified Arsenal defender Jakub Kiwior as a potential replacement for Lloyd Kelly, reports from Italy claim, if the Englishman leaves the Bianconeri this summer.
According to what has been reported by the Gazzetta dello Sport, Kiwior would be at the top of Juventus’ shopping list should Kelly depart the club. Alternatively, Wolfsburg’s Konstantinos Koulierakis is also named by the newspaper as a potential target.
Kelly joined Juventus in January on loan with an obligation-to-buy set at €17.5 million from Premier League club Newcastle United. The English defender only joined Eddie Howe’s side the summer before on a free transfer from Bournemouth and played just 10 times for the Magpies before joining the Bianconeri.
Kelly played 19 times in all competitions for Juventus after joining and despite being an important part of the team, has been tipped by Gazzetta to leave the club this summer. The reports suggest there is interest from England to bring the 26-year-old home and if this happens, the Old Lady will turn their attention to Arsenal’s Kiwior.
