Juventus head coach Igor Tudor is considering starting Dusan Vlahovic over Jonathan David in Saturday’s match against Inter Milan.
The Croatian coach has a wealth of attacking options at his disposal but could put summer signing David on the bench.
The Canadian arrived from Lille on a free transfer in the summer and has started both of the Bianconeri’s opening games.
However, Vlahovic has impressed from the bench and has scored two goals in two so far this season.
The Bianconeri kept the Serbian in Turin this summer despite heavy transfer links.
According to the Gazzetta dello Sport, Tudor is seriously considering starting Vlahovic over David.
In the coach’s typical 3-4-2-1, there is no room for two strikers.
However, formational changes cannot be ruled out.
Therefore, the duo could, however unlikely, play alongside one another.
It is reflective of the Bianconeri’s strong summer that the club now have multiple strong options to lead the line.
