Reports in Italy claim that Juventus are ready to cut their losses on striker Dusan Vlahovic, and that they will offer him the opportunity to terminate his current contract at the Allianz Stadium.

Juventus are actively looking to offload Vlahovic this summer.

The Serbian is not part of Igor Tudor’s plans for the 2025-26 season, and the striker’s contract is set to expire in the summer of 2026, which means that he could walk away for free in less than a year’s time.

Vlahovic is, however, among the highest earners in Serie A, and his salary will automatically increase for the final year of his Bianconeri contract.

Juventus to propose Vlahovic contract termination

Recent reports from La Gazzetta dello Sport claimed that Vlahovic is prepared to sit out of the 2025-26 season to ensure that he is paid the salary that was agreed in his Juve contract, which would also mean his leaving for free at the end of the 2025-26 season.

Updates on Tuesday confirmed that Vlahovic is unwilling to take a pay cut, or to extend his Juventus contract in order to spread the cost of the €12m net that he is set to earn on the final year of his deal.

Now, according to reports from Gianluca Di Marzio, Juventus will propose the idea of a contract termination when representatives from the club meet with the player’s agent in the coming days.
