Liverpool host Fulham at Anfield as they look to snap a three-match losing streak across all competitions. Their most recent setback was a 2-0 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League.

Head coach Arne Slot is under mounting pressure to steady the ship, with the Reds fighting to secure a top-five finish and Champions League football for next season.

Recent history favors the visitors in this matchup as Slot has yet to beat Fulham in three attempts, recording two draws and one loss against the London side.

Liverpool’s recent domestic form has also been shaky. Following a 2-1 loss to Brighton in the Premier League, they were handed a 4-0 defeat by Manchester City in the FA Cup quarter-final.

In contrast, Fulham arrive on the back of a 3-1 win over Burnley. Marco Silva’s men are firmly in the hunt for European qualification, sitting ninth in the table, just two points behind the top seven and five points adrift of fifth-placed Liverpool.

While Fulham boast the fifth-best home record in the league, their away form remains a concern. They currently rank 17th on the away table, having collected only 15 points on the road this season.

Liverpool continue to navigate a significant injury list. Alisson Becker (muscle), Wataru Endo (ankle), Conor Bradley (knee), and Giovanni Leoni (ACL) all remains sidelined.

Alexander Isak is available but is unlikely to start, while Mohamed Salah will be pushing for a place in the XI after being an unused substitute against PSG.

For Fulham, Kevin Mbabu, Kenny Tete, and Harrison Reed are unavailable. However, center-back Calvin Bassey is expected to be fit enough to start.
