This Premier League weekend will see Liverpool take on Nottingham Forest at Anfield. Both teams are on opposite sides of the Premier League table, with Liverpool in the top half of the table and Forest near the bottom.

Liverpool and Nottingham Forest are nine points apart in the Premier League table, with Liverpool sitting 8th in the league with 18 points, and Nottingham Forest is 19th with nine points.

After ending a losing streak in the Premier League with a win over Aston Villa, Liverpool lost their previous match in the league to Manchester City, in a 3-0 loss at the Etihad Stadium.

Liverpool is now eight points behind the league leaders, Arsenal, and will look for a win to remain in contention for the top four spots.

Nottingham Forest is 19th in the league with nine points, with a record of two wins, three draws, and six losses.

Forest has only lost one match since the arrival of Sean Dyche. In their previous match in the Premier League, Nottingham Forest defeated Leeds United 3-1 at The City Ground with goals from Ibrahim Sangare, Morgan Gibbs-White, and Elliot Anderson.
