Manchester City and Brighton meet for the second time in four days when they return to the Etihad Stadium for Saturday’s Premier League clash. They met in the Carabao Cup in the middle of the week and drew 2-2, before City went ahead on penalties to create another interesting match-up between two sides at the top of the table.
City will be hoping to make the home ground work for them, and Brighton will be eager to get back at the cup after their defeat.
Manchester City predicted XI (4-2-3-1): Donnarumma; Nunes, Dias, Khusanov, Gvardiol; Fernandez, Anderson; Cherki, Foden, Doku; Haaland.
City are the only ones to confirm an absentee in the form of Antoine Semenyo, who is injured with a knee problem. The rest of his team is ready to go, Enzo Maresca said.
Brighton predicted XI (4-2-3-1): Verbruggen; Kadioglu, Dunk, Vuskovic, Boscagli; Groß, Andrés; Gomez, Ayari, De Cuyper; Kostoulas.
