“The team delivers powerful insights, builds trusted data products, and operates modern data platforms that enable better decisions and success on and off the pitch.
“We’re looking for a Senior Football Data Analyst to play a key part in this transformation. In this role, you will deliver data insights across the matchday calendar.
“You will work closely with coaches and performance video analysts across the men’s first team, women’s first team, and academy to identify trends, deliver pre- and post-match analysis, executive-level performance reporting, and structured performance reviews.”
It looks to be an exciting new role, and shows Manchester United’s intent on working with AI to produce top results.
Being able to incorporate artificial intelligence with football analysis is an intriguing step for modern football.
