Napoli and Sevilla are in intensive negotiations for Juanlu Sanchez, as his agents are reportedly pushing to get a decision either way by tomorrow morning.

The clubs had been very close to an agreement earlier this month, only for those talks to stall because of a significant gap between offer and asking price.

The Partenopei feel that €17m is sufficient, while Sevilla continue to demand a minimum of €20m for the sale.

Juanlu Sanchez still a target for Napoli

According to Sky Sport Italia, negotiations resumed, and a final decision is expected by tomorrow morning, one way or another.

If they cannot do a deal, then Napoli will turn away from Juanlu Sanchez to other transfer targets.

The right-back celebrates his 22nd birthday tomorrow, so it would be a special gift for him to get the go-ahead and fly out for a medical.

Wolverhampton Wanderers and Everton have also been linked, but he seems to have his heart set on joining Antonio Conte’s side.
