Inter Milan’s Davide Frattesi is the top target for Napoli after they wrap up the signing of Kevin De Bruyne.

This according to Sky Sport Italia transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio. He reports on his homepage that the Partenopei are extremely keen to sign the Italian international to bolster their squad.

There is no doubt that this is a decisive juncture for Davide Frattesi at Inter Milan.

Reportedly, the 25-year-old had a blowup with Simone Inzaghi during the Champions League final against Paris Saint-Germain. He was furious that the Inter coach didn’t use him as a substitute.

And this has brought to a head Frattesi’s persistent frustrations about his playing time at Inter.

The Italian international may not have left the Nerazzurri in January. However, he could certainly be on his way this summer.

Davide Frattesi The Top Target For Napoli After Kevin De Bruyne Signing

Roma had already tried to sign Frattesi from Inter in the January transfer window.

However, according to Di Marzio, the biggest suitors for the 25-year-old this summer could instead be Napoli.

The Partenopei are aiming to bolster their squad significantly this summer. They want to try to defend the Serie A title – and also add more quality and depth now that they have Champions League football.

Napoli are already on the verge of completing a deal to sign Kevin De Bruyne on a free transfer after his contract with Manchester City expires.

However, the newly-crowned champions of Italy certainly won’t stop there.

According to Di Marzio, Napoli are particularly keen to sign Davide Frattesi to beef up their midfield. They will make a big effort to make a deal for him this summer.

Moreover, PSV winger Noa Lang is also on the champions’ radar.
