Inter Milan have officially sold wingback Nicola Zalewski to Atalanta.

The Nerazzurri have officially confirmed the transfer in an announcement. The Polish international leaves the Nerazzurri just a couple months after signing on a permanent basis.

Wingback Nicola Zalewski joined Inter Milan in January of this year. He made the switch on an initial loan deal from Roma.

Zalewski featured at left-wingback, right-wingback, and even in attacking midfield over the second half of last season under departed Inter coach Simone Inzaghi.

Then, in the summer, the Nerazzurri signed Zalewski on a permanent basis. They reportedly exercised a purchase option to buy the 23-year-old outright for a fee of around €6.5 million.
