Premier League Clubs Arsenal, City & Spurs Tracking €120m PSG Winger

Paris Saint-Germain winger Bradley Barcola is attracting increasing interest from the Premier League, with Arsenal, Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur all monitoring the 22-year-old closely.
