Ousmane Dembele has been in sensational form for PSG this season. Very few players in world football are on the Frenchman's level at the moment.
Dembele has scored 16 goals and provided five assists in 19 league appearances this term making him Ligue 1's top scorer at the moment.
In January, he scored three times in two league appearances. The ex-Barcelona man has now been awarded the Ligue 1 Player of the Month for January.

Dembele has taken his form to another level in February. After a hat trick against Brest, he scored twice in the recent win against AS Monaco. Across all competitions, Dembele has scored 21 goals and bagged six assists in 27 appearances.
PSG, on the other hand, are unbeaten in Ligue 1 this season. They have 53 points on the board from 21 matches. Luis Enrique's side have won 16 matches, drawing the other five.

Dembele recently received plaudits from former PSG ace Kylian Mbappe. The current Real Madrid superstar told L'Equipe:
I'm his number-one supporter. I've known his qualities since we were 14. I also think he's had a mental breakthrough which means he's more relaxed in front of goal. He's a top player! His room for improvement also depends on what his coach expects of him in this position. I think he's doing very well and he's PSG's main attacking player. Given the form he's in at the moment, he can't set himself any limits, he has to continue like this and he'll finish the year with a lot of wins (laughs).Kylian Mbappe

Tottenham Hotspur are looking to add more depth to their squad for the upcoming season Tottenham are looking to shock their competitors by making a late charge in the transfer market. The Lilywhites were on the backfoot for most parts of the summer after ending last season on a high. But Daniel Levy has come out with all guns blazing in recent weeks, and it looks like the club chairman is finally putting the money where his mouth is. The Spurs chairman is determined to see the North London club fight for more titles under Thomas Frank. And to achieve that, the Danish tactician will need to be backed in the final few days of the transfer window before the new Premier League campaign commences. Bringing in a few statement signings will surely give the Lilywhites a strong chance of building on the Europa League success. It is fair to say that Thomas Frank has not had an easy start to life at N17 following his switch from Brentford. The Danish tactician has been forced to cope with the loss of Heung-Min Son, after the South Korean ended his ten-year stay at the club earlier this month. Not only that, but star player James Maddison also ruptured his ACL in a pre-season game. Dan Plumley believes Tottenham will bring in more players in the coming days Tottenham have already managed to bring in Mohammed Kudus from West Ham and Joao Palhinha from Bayern Munich in the summer. But the departure of Heung-Min Son and the recent injury to James Maddison might force the Lilywhites to sign some more players to bolster the quality of the attack and add more depth to their ranks for the upcoming season. Now, according to finance expert Dan Plumley, Spurs fans will be happy to know that the club has enough finances to spend on one or two new players, depending on the situation. Speaking to Tottenham News, Plumley said, “It’s a big commitment, for sure, but again, Spurs are one of those clubs that can always spend. We’ve said this time and time again, there’s no issue with them spending if they want to, new manager coming in, Champions League football, and also what’s happened in the context of the pre-season, obviously losing Son is a blow, but it does free up room.” The finance expert added, “To bring somebody else in, and they’ve recouped some money for that, but also the injury to James Maddison, which of course you never planned for, but I think that in itself is a reason that they’ve had go back into the market because that’s a season-ending injury and it can shift the plans and move things around pretty quickly.” Dan Plumley has suggested that Tottenham can spend on new players as they would want to back Thomas Frank and give him a good chance to go deep in the Champions League. The finance expert also adds that losing Heung-Min Son and James Maddison will also force the club to spend, as the latter has faced a season-ending injury. And selling Son has also freed up some room in the squad for a new left-winger. The Lilywhites are already a few steps ahead and have started looking for a new #10 and winger. Crystal Palace star Eberechi Eze is being targeted by Spurs for a potential transfer as James Maddison’s replacement. Whereas, Manchester City star Savinho is also linked with a move to N17 as the North London club looks to fill the void left behind by Heung-Min Son.
Jon Gruden 'looking forward to having the truth come out' amid lawsuit against NFL
Jon Gruden sent another warning shot toward the NFL after scoring a major win in court. On Tuesday, Gruden welcomed a ruling that will force the NFL to litigate the circumstances of his firing in court rather than closed-door arbitration. The former Las Vegas Raiders coach made it clear that he intends to continue his legal challenge to the NFL, ensuring that they are held accountable. “I’m looking forward to having the truth come out, and I want to make sure what happened to me doesn’t happen to anyone else,” Gruden said in a statement provided to ESPN’s Don Van Natta Jr. “The league’s actions disrupted the whole season. We were leading the division at the time and they completely blindsided me and the team.” The Raiders were 3-1 in 2021 when Gruden was forced to resign after offensive emails he had sent between 2011 and 2018 were leaked. Gruden has alleged that the NFL leaked the emails to force him out of a job after obtaining them during an investigation into the Washington Commanders. The NFL is set to appeal Monday’s ruling, but if that appeal fails, the league may be forced into public discovery. One alternative would be to offer Gruden a settlement, but he has not said whether or not he would be interested in such a resolution. Gruden has not held an NFL coaching job since the Raiders forced him out. He has recently spoken about possibly making a return to coaching at the college level.
Vikings WR gets brutal injury news for second straight season
A Minnesota Vikings wide receiver's season is already over. The Minnesota Vikings announced on Tuesday that wide receiver Rondale Moore is being placed on season-ending injured reserve due to a leg injury that he suffered in the team's first preseason game against the Houston Texans this past weekend. It is a devastating blow for Moore, who is now being sidelined for an entire season, before it even begins, for the second year in a row. Moore signed a one-year, $2 million contract in free agency with the Vikings this offseason in the hopes he could return from a different injury that cost him the entirety of the 2024 season. Moore was a member of the Atlanta Falcons in 2024 after being acquired in a trade with the Arizona Cardinals for backup quarterback Desmond Ridder. This is now two different teams that Moore has been a part of, but will never play a game for them due to injuries. Moore was injured while returning a punt. He began his career with the Arizona Cardinals, catching 135 passes for 1,201 yards over three seasons before being traded. He was never going to be counted on to be a key contributor for the Vikings offense this season, especially given the superstars they already have at wide receiver in Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison, but he still had a chance to be an interesting depth player. Now it is fair to wonder what the rest of his career might even look like. Missing two full seasons due to two different leg injuries is going to be a brutal thing to try to come back from. Missing two seasons for any reason is difficult, but when you add the leg injuries to the equation, it makes the obstacle even steeper.
Browns HC sends message to Myles Garrett after latest speeding incident
Cleveland Browns All-Pro pass-rusher Myles Garrett became the subject of headlines when it was learned that he was cited for driving 100 mph in a 60 mph zone on an interstate in a Cleveland suburb several hours after the Browns opened the preseason with a 30-10 win at the Carolina Panthers on Friday night. While speaking with reporters ahead of the club's joint practice with the Philadelphia Eagles on Wednesday morning, Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski sent a clear message regarding his feelings about Garrett's latest speeding incident. "Coming from a team leader, extremely disappointing," Stefanski said about Garrett, per Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN. "It's been addressed with Myles -- with the football team. He needs to slow down for his safety and the safety of others." Browns insider Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer mentioned that Garrett has had at least eight speeding citations in Northeast Ohio since Cleveland made him the first overall pick of the 2017 NFL Draft. Back in the fall of 2022, Garrett missed a game after he was involved in a single-car accident following a team practice. The Ohio State Highway Patrol ultimately issued Garrett a citation following that crash after it was determined he was using an "unsafe speed for the type of roadway being traveled." Cabot added that Stefanski declined to say if Garrett will be disciplined this summer. Earlier in the week, Cabot wrote that Garrett could "be fined for conduct detrimental to the team." Back in early February, Garrett requested a trade from the Browns coming off the club's 3-14 season. However, he later accepted a four-year, $160M contract extension that included $123.5M guaranteed to stay with the organization. Browns owner Jimmy Haslam revealed during the NFL owners meetings in the spring that he had "challenged" Garrett "to become a real leader of the team." Haslam made that comment after a March report shared that it's "well known within the Browns that Garrett is frequently late to the facility" and "has skipped mandatory team activities on multiple occasions." It remains to be seen how the 29-year-old will respond to Stefanski's comments about an incident that occurred after Browns rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders was cited for speeding twice in June.
