Paris Saint-Germain continue their pre-season preparations with a trip to Spain to face RCD Mallorca on Wednesday night.

After a brutal relegation from La Liga last season, Mallorca is under immense pressure to launch a promotion campaign back to the top tier. Manager Luis García has overseen an impressive pre-season run, clicking early with a 3-0 win against Al Fateh and a 4-2 victory over Al-Ittihad. Mallorca will also use the friendly to test a revamped squad ahead of the new season.

This is PSG’s first match back since defeating Arsenal via penalty shootout to lift the UEFA Champions League title in late May, so Luis Enrique will must probably rotate heavily after the summer's World Cup.

RCD Mallorca Team News

Mallorca head into the match after a busy summer following their relegation to the Segunda División. The club has reshaped its squad with several arrivals and departures, including the exit of leading scorer Vedat Muriqi.

Jan Salas remains unavailable through injury, while Johan Mojica is a doubt after returning from international duty at the World Cup. One of the biggest storylines is the expected appearance of goalkeeper Arnau Tenas, who is on loan from PSG and could face his parent club for the first time.

Marquinhos, Achraf Hakimi, Ousmane Dembélé, Fabián Ruiz, Nuno Mendes, Vitinha, Bradley Barcola, João Neves and Warren Zaïre-Emery are all likely to miss the match or have their minutes carefully managed.

New goalkeeper Alessandro Longoni could make his unofficial debut following his summer arrival, while Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is expected to lead the attack after enjoying a full pre-season. Academy players and fringe first-team members, including Dro Fernández, Quentin Ndjantou and Ibrahim Mbaye, are also in line for significant minutes.
