Report – Inter Milan Contact Fiorentina Star’s Representatives About Potential Summer Transfer

Inter Milan have reportedly contacted the agents of Fiorentina wingback Dodo about a potential summer transfer.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews . They report the Nerazzurri see the Brazilian as a replacement if Denzel Dumfries departs.

Fiorentina defender Dodo reportedly wants out of his club this summer.

The Brazilian has come to the end of his third season at Fiorentina. And he feels that he has done all that he can do in Tuscany.

Therefore, Dodo has made no secret of the fact that he is pushing for an exit.

And in the meantime, Inter Milan are bracing for the possibility of losing Denzel Dumfries.

The 29-year-old wingback has a release clause in his contract worth €25 million. Therefore, it is little surprise that he has started to attract transfer interest.

Barcelona are reportedly eyeing up a quick deal for Dumfries. And so are Premier League giants Manchester City.

Therefore, Inter want to be proactive about seeking a replacement in case they lose the Dutchman.

According to the Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter have already made contact with the representatives of Fiorentina’s Dodo.

Furthermore, the Nerazzurri could have a bargaining chip in talks with Fiorentina. They know that La Viola are keen to sign striker Sebastiano Esposito this summer.
