Inter Milan have reportedly agreed personal terms with Hellas Verona wingback Jackson Tchatchoua amid foreign interest.
Per Africafoot.com via FCInterNews, the Serie A runners-up have moved ahead of the queue by finding common ground with the player.
Jackson Tchatchoua has become a wanted asset despite Verona’s dismal league season.
Indeed, his blistering pace and consistency have made him one of Serie A’s most exciting prospects.
Therefore, several teams, including Inter, have shortlisted him for the summer.
In addition to Inter, a few European clubs have made inquiries about the 23-year-old.
Galatasaray, Rennes, and Marseille are in the race, yet the Nerazzurri are in pole position to sign the Cameroon international.
As the Africafoot report goes, Tchatchoua has already accepted Inter’s contract proposal.
It would see him earn a substantial pay raise compared to his current deal at Stadio Marc’Antonio Bentegodi.
Now, it’s up to the clubs to find an agreement.
Indeed, Verona have slapped a €15 million asking price on their prized asset.
