Inter Milan are ready to rival AC Milan and Napoli for the signing of sought-after Parma starlet Giovanni Leoni.

Per Corriere dello Sport via FCInterNews, there’s a transfer tug-of-war on the horizon.

Widely considered one of Serie A’s brightest prospects, Giovanni Leoni could leave Ennio Tardini this summer.

Indeed, three top Italian clubs are hot on his heels, with Parma chiefs rubbing their hands.

Leoni only signed for the Crusaders last summer but is now ready for a high-profile move.

Parma value their in-demand youngster at €15 million.

However, the price can only go up, especially if the bidding war picks up a head of steam.

Despite spending most of the first half of the season on the bench, Leoni amassed 17 league appearances in 2024/25.

Indeed, he established himself as a regular starter under Cristian Chivu toward the end of the season.

Leoni’s impressive showings haven’t gone unnoticed, with Inter, Milan, and Napoli vying for his signature.

He’s only 18 and has ample room for improvement, which perfectly fits Inter’s new transfer policy.

Therefore, a summer switch to Giuseppe Meazza is a distinct possibility.
