Inter Milan will reportedly try to sign one new midfielder and defender at the tail-end of the summer transfer window.
According to Sky Sport via FCInterNews, the Nerazzurri remain on the market for reinforcements.
Despite adding three new faces to Cristian Chivu’s squad, Inter will not sit tight toward the end of the summer.
However, Manu Kone could be out of reach, with Roma taking Inter’s top midfield target off the market.
In addition to Kone, agents have offered Adrien Rabiot to the San Siro club amid an uncertain future at Marseille.
Yet, the Italian giants are not interested in signing the French star due to his age.
Therefore, they will pursue other targets.
Meanwhile, they are keen to add to their defensive options, with Oumar Solet at the top of Beppe Marotta’s wishlist.
However, Udinese will not sanction the 25-year-old’s loan move.
As such, the Nerazzurri may focus on signing either Arsenal’s Jakub Kiwior or Chelsea’s Trevoh Chalobah.
