The San Siro will be sold out for the first Serie A match of the season of Inter Milan against Torino on Monday.

This according to Italian outlet FCInterNews.

Inter Milan are just a few weeks away from the start of their Serie A season.

The Nerazzurri kick off their campaign against Torino on Monday. They host the Granata at the San Siro in their first match of the season.

This will be the first Serie A match in charge of Inter for new coach Cristian Chivu.

Meanwhile, some new faces who have arrived during the summer transfer window will also have a chance to make their debuts.

Inter came agonizingly close to winning the Serie A title last season. However, they lost out by just a single point to Napoli on the final day of the campaign.

Therefore, Chivu will have the task of trying to return Inter to the summit of Italian football in his first season at the helm of the club with whom he spent six years as a player.

Accordingly, it is hardly a surprise to see anticipation high for a season that promises change and carries a sense of unfinished business.
