Roma and France star Manu Kone is reportedly flattered by Inter Milan links but the Giallorossi are keen to secure their talented midfielder.
Kone was a serious target of Inter in the summer transfer market but the Nerazzurri failed to make a concrete move in the end.
The 24-year-old has been a bright spark for Roma since his arrival from Borussia Monchengladbach in 2024.
Inter’s interest in Kone stems from the Giallorossi need to sell to comply with financial regulations.
According to what has been reported by today’s Corriere dello Sport, via FcInterNews, Roma will try to resist future efforts for Kone.
The newspaper acknowledges that €45 million would have been enough to sign the Frenchman in the summer.
However, that could increase after a good season and playing for France at the World Cup next year.
In this case, Roma could raise the price to €60 million.
Therefore, barring any shock offers, Roma will do all they can to keep hold of the 24-year-old.
