Sir David Beckham officially signs Brazilian attacker

Sir David Beckham enjoyed one of the most decorated careers of any Manchester United academy graduate.

He became a central figure in Sir Alex Ferguson’s dominant side of the 1990s and early 2000s.

Beckham won six Premier League titles with the Red Devils and famously played a crucial role in the historic 1999 Treble before eventually leaving Old Trafford for Real Madrid in 2003.

Since retiring, the United legend has built another major football project as co-owner of Inter Miami.

The MLS side have already attracted some of the biggest names in the sport, most notably Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez.

Those two previously terrorised Europe together at Barcelona, where they formed the magnificent ‘MSN’ front three alongside Brazilian superstar Neymar Jr.

A reunion has repeatedly been discussed.

Neymar has recently been linked with joining Beckham’s project when his current deal expires.

Beckham has now officially added another Brazilian attacker to his ranks.

However, the new arrival is not Neymar.

Inter Miami have officially announced the signing of 19-year-old winger Riquelme Fillipi from Palmeiras.

The Brazilian has signed through the end of the 2029/30 MLS campaign, with the option of an additional season.
