Tottenham Hotspur have been having a very decent summer transfer window. The North London club have started well both on and off the pitch. Thomas Frank has come in with a fresh of ideas.
One of the first moves that the Danish tactician made since his move the N17 was bringing in Mohammed Kudus from West Ham United. Frank also signed Joao Palhinha from Bayern Munich on loan.
It looks like the club are not yet done with their transfer business, though. Spurs have reached an agreement with Crystal Palace star Eberechi Eze over a potential transfer this summer with details yet to be sorted out.
Now, as per AS , one other player that Tottenham could potentially move for is Real Sociedad attacker Takefusa Kubo. The report mentions that Spurs were interested in him from even before, dating back to last summer.
It is clear that the North London club has followed the former Real Madrid start for quite some time now. Spurs would do very well to add Kubo to the ranks, despite the pending signing of Eze.
The Japanese right-winger is all about his left-foot. He possesses a magical strike and he has been one Real Sociedad’s better players in recent seasons. He has started the new season with a goal in his first game.

The Basque club have undergone a managerial transition. The report mentions that Real Sociedad are wary of their best assets leaving the club in the coming days.
However, the biggest one they are concerned about is Take Kubo. Tottenham currently have Mohammed Kudus who is playing on the right-wing but the Ghanaian is versatile enough to play anywhere across the front line.
On the other hand, bringing in someone like Kubo would add a lot of quality to Frank’s side. It’s important for the N17-based club to make ceiling-raising signings like the Japanese international, and let’s wait and see how their pursuit of the €60m star plays out.
