Tottenham 'one of the clubs looking at' 25-G/A star, his agent has contacts at the club

Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing the Crystal Palace attacking midfielder Eberechi Eze during the summer window.

According to former Tottenham scout Mick Brown, Tottenham are looking at the player, and they could look to make a move for him in the summer. He added that the player’s agent has contacts at Tottenham, and there might have been conversations regarding a potential move.

“Tottenham are one of the clubs looking at Eze,” he told Football Insider.

“I hear his agent has a few contacts there so I have no doubt they’ll be speaking to him, that’s where a lot of moves of this type start.”

Tottenham need more quality in attack

The 26-year-old has been outstanding for Crystal Palace this past season, and he helped them win the FA Cup. The player has 14 goals to his name in all competitions, and he has picked up 11 assists as well. There is no doubt that Eze could improve Tottenham going forward.

The North London outfit need more creativity and cutting edge in the final third, and the England International could be the ideal acquisition. He is well settled in the Premier League, and he could make an instant impact at Tottenham.

Eberechi Eze could be keen

They have secured Champions League qualification for the next season, and there is no doubt that the 26-year-old could be attracted to the idea of playing for them. Multiple clubs are keen on the 26-year-old, and it will be interesting to see where he ends up.

Eze is likely to be an expensive acquisition because of a £68 million exit clause in his contract. It will be interesting to see if Tottenham are willing to break the bank for him. The player will be excited to play for a big club, and he will want to test himself at a higher level.
