After the 2025 Leagues Cup Final, Inter Miami has been criticized for their players' behavior minutes after the final whistle. Luis Suarez has been seen as the most immature of the squad after his spitting incident with Seattle Sounders staff member Gene Ramirez.
More scenes of the brawl between Inter Miami and Seattle Sounders players show other players involved.
Sergio Busquets appears to have punched Obed Vargas in the face after the match, while Tomas Aviles appeared to be pushing and pulling players.

Like many in the MLS community and from neutral fans, former USMNT goalkeeper Tony Meola was not a fan of Inter Miami players' behavior during the 2025 Leagues Cup Final.
Meola had strong words to say about Inter Miami and Luis Suarez. Meola mentions that Suarez is used to controversy after his previous actions on the pitch in the past.
Meola refers to Inter Miami as the 'cheapest team in the MLS' and believes the team can get away with anything. Meola wonders if Suarez will be punished for his actions after the match and name-drops David Beckham and the Mas brothers, the co-owners of the club.
Toney Meola did not hold back in criticizing Luis Suarez and Inter Miami for their behavior after the match against Seattle Sounders.
The USMNT legend believes that David Beckham and the Mas brothers should not be happy with most of their players after the game.
Tony Meola: "No, this is not below him. He does it every single game... They have become the cheapest team in all of MLS, and they get away with everything because the league doesn't want to punish them....Does FIFA get involved? Does CONCACAF get involved?... I can't imagine that David Beckham is in the stands... with the Mas brothers in the box, that any of them could be sticking their chest out, talking about how proud they are right now at what happened after that game."
No ban has been given for Luis Suarez and other players after the incident at the Leagues Cup Final match. Inter Miami's next game is in the MLS against Charlotte FC on September 13, after the international break.
