
With 75 days left until the start of the 2026 World Cup, the United States Men's National Team (USMNT) will play a friendly match against Belgium to prepare for the tournament.
The USMNT will play their first match since last November, when they played against Paraguay and Uruguay in the United States.
The USMNT defeated Paraguay and Uruguay in the previous FIFA international break; the USMNT won 2-1 over Paraguay and won 5-1 over Uruguay.
Their previous match was the 5-1 win over Uruguay, which showcased an impressive performance from multiple players who play in the MLS.
The goal scorers for the USMNT against Uruguay were Sebastian Berhalter, Diego Luna, Tanner Tessmann, and two goals from Alex Freeman.
Belgium will play their first friendly match following their UEFA World Cup qualifiers. They qualified after finishing first in their group with 18 points after eight matches.
Their previous match was their last World Cup qualifier match, and they defeated Liechtenstein 7-0 at home with goals from Hans Vanken, Brandon Mechele, Alexis Saelemaekers, and braces from Jeremy Doku and Charles De Ketelaere.

The USMNT vs Belgium friendly match will kick off at 3:30 p.m. ET/ 12:30 p.m. PT in the United States. The match will start at 3:30 p.m. local time at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia.
The match will be available to watch in English and Spanish in the United States across select TV channels and streaming services.
