Napoli and Milan are discussing the final details of a transfer for USMNT star Yunus Musah, and the Rossoneri have one final request ahead of a decisive meeting between club representatives, Football Italia understands.
The Rossoneri and Partenopei are discussing a deal in the region of €23m-€25m for Musah, who has spent the last two years in San Siro following a €21.7m move from Valencia in 2023.
The 47-time USA international was a specific request of Napoli head coach Antonio Conte, who sees the 22-year-old as an ideal fit for the Partenopei midfield that already includes Scott McTominay, Stanislav Lobotka and now Kevin De Bruyne, who officially joined on a free transfer on Thursday.
A deal between Milan and Napoli is at an increasingly advanced stage.
The clubs are close to an agreement for a fee in the region of €23m-€25m, and now Milan are seeking a little bit more in terms of bonuses.
Football Italia understands that there will be a new round of talks to finalise the deal in the coming days.
