Juventus star Gleison Bremer has been forced to the sidelines for two months, but according to Gazzetta, the Bianconeri hope the Brazilian centre-back will return to action against Bologna in mid-December.
Juventus hope Bremer will be available for selection for an away game at Bologna on December 14, reports Gazzetta.
The Brazil international underwent meniscus surgery on the medial meniscus of his left knee in October, but hasn’t played a competitive match for the Old Lady since the end of September.
According to Gazzetta, Bremer is gradually increasing the workload during training sessions, and his target is to be available for an away game at Bologna on December 14.
Bremer could even be considered for the next away match at Napoli on December 7, but the Dall’Ara clash seems a safer target for the Brazilian and Juventus.
Bremer’s return will boost Luciano Spalletti’s options in central defence, possibly allowing the Tuscan tactician to use a four-man defence.
Another injured Juventus defender, Daniele Rugani, is expected to train separately for at least two more weeks before being available for selection again.
