The NCAA baseball tournament brings out the emotions in everyone. That's particularly the case in Knoxville, where Vol players and fans have created one of the most electric postseason environments in the sport.
Tennessee Vols first baseman Andrew Fischer called on the Tennessee crowd to "double the noise" after Tennessee's 7-6 loss on Sunday night to Wake Forest. Fischer is a player who himself plays with a ton of energy and wears his emotions on his sleeve, particularly when he's in the batter's box.
Well, it appears as though Wake Forest manager Tom Walter isn't a big fan of Fischer. Walter was captured on the broadcast as Fischer was getting settled in the box to hit with Tennessee up 6-2 after a 3-run home run by Manny Marin. Walter appeared to let go with an expletive that starts with an "f". The next word can be left up to your own interpretation or lip reading.
Wake Forest Head Coach had some choice words for Vols Andrew Fischer while he hyped up the crowd before his at bat…

Any lip readers?

That's not exactly the reaction you'd expect to see from a person in a managerial position regarding a student athlete, high-stakes and energetically charged environment or not.
And what did Fischer do a few pitches later? What he's done now 24 times this year - deposit the ball over the outfield wall and run around the bases joyously. He put the ball over the wall in right to give the Vols an 8-2 lead and turn Lindsey Nelson Stadium into an absolute madhouse. Fischer had perhaps his most animated jaunt around the bases out of all two dozen of those round trippers.
Fisch with his 24th blast of the year and that's a SEVEN SPOT in the fourth for the BIG ORANGE BOMBERS!

Have to wonder what Walter said about that. Perhaps it's better we don't know.
