Aryna Sabalenka produced a superb performance on Saturday to clinch her second Australian Open title. The Belarusian took no time to race past the Chinese 12th seed Qinwen Zheng to successfully defend her title. With this, she achieved a feat no woman has achieved since 2013 done by Victoria Azarenka , winning the Australian Slam without dropping a set.
After the win against Qinwen Zheng, the 25-year-old was seen doing a photoshoot with the trophy. The two-time singles Australian Open champion was seen in a lilac dress at the Carlton Gardens.
However, there was no boat for the champion like last time around when she stole the limelight in a pink lilac dress. The champion was also seen sharing a wholesome moment with a ball girl. She was seen doing various types of poses. But one still stood even last year, which was the pose of kissing the trophy.
After the photoshoot last year, the Belarusian claimed that she loves giving poses and likes doing photoshoots a lot.
I like to pose, especially when you’re a Grand Slam champion. I think this is the best morning of my life, everything is so beautiful. Sabalenka said after her photoshoot last year
This year, the 25-year-old impressed her fans again, looking gorgeous in a white dress. Her fans crowned her queen not just for winning the trophy, but also for her stunning photos.

During the filming of Netflix’s Break Point Season 2, the Belarusian opened up about her father’s dreams.
I lost my father four years ago. We had one dream, that before 25 I will win a couple of Grand Slams.
This was filmed before she broke out last season and won her first singles Grand Slam.
By winning her second Grand Slam on Saturday, Sabalenka can be proud of herself for fulfilling her father’s dream. Sergey Sabalenka, Aryna’s father, was an ice hockey player. And he was the one who introduced Aryna to the sport of tennis.
