Gael Monfils continues to amaze the crowd in Roland Garros 2025. France's favorite attempts to survive in an incredible fourth set against Britain's Jack Draper to force a fifth. The 38-year-old was saved by the bell when the ball hit the net cord, bounced twice and then fall in Draper's side facing a break point.

Monfils thrives with his back against the wall, turning near-losses into legendary comebacks at Roland Garros. His relentless spirit makes every five-set battle a must-watch spectacle. In an dramatic matchup against Draper, Monfils is looking to push things to the decisive, but he needs every possible help he can get to resist the powerful forehand from his rival.

The Frenchman faced five breakpoints on the seventh game in the fourth set. One of those points was a gift from above for Monfils. Winning that was crucial to then close the game an put himself up 5-2.

However, Draper, world No. 5 climbed all the way back to put himself up 6-5.

If Monfils manages to force a fifth set, he has a career 13-3 at Roland Garros. ¿Will he manage to live another day in Paris?
