Destiny 2 Heliostat Exotic Mission Guide: Acquiring Wolfsbane Exotic Sword

The Heliostat Exotic mission in Destiny 2 is here. Players can earn the Wolfsbane Exotic sword by completing the mission. You can complete the mission in about 10-15 minutes, depending on whether you have a fireteam or not. Once you load into the mission, you will find yourself fighting a small contingent of Cabal and Vex. Clear them to proceed. A rally flag circle will appear, allowing you to summon a psion helper. Your first helper is a shielding psion. He will grant you a radiation shield. Keep moving and summon your second psion.

As you progress, you meet a second psion helper. He is a quicksilver psion. He will help you break through the barriers. However, you also need to assist him. A minatour will be in front of you that drops a radiolaria pool when defeated. Stand in the pool until your bar is full. Meet up with the psion to break the barrier with the interact prompt. In the next room, you will find four vex nodes from Spire of the Watcher. The first is in the center of the room. The other three are found past barriers that you will need your psion to help you break. Shoot all four nodes to progress.

The platform in the middle lowers. Head to the left side as you drop down and head to the corner door.

Head through the door until you reach a large area with water at the bottom. Climb the platforms until you reach the middle. Head through the door on the right side. Turn directly left and jump up to the higher platform. Move through the door and turn left to proceed.

Now you will meet the final psion helper, the hacker. You can make the hacker psion move to a terminal. Head to the opposite side and initiate the partner hack. A door will open where you will need to repeat the process, starting on the right side. Once complete, the elevator in the middle of the room moves down. Be careful as you descend, there will be electricity that instantly kills you. Along the path near the electricity, you can find vex nodes from before that, once shot, will deactivate the electricity for short periods.

Clear the enemies in front of you to open the door. In this area, you will see three terminals where you can send the psion to hack. Each terminal is attached to the rooms in front of it. These rooms have three symbols above the terminals. To determine where you must go first and which symbol to hack, head to the main room. In the middle will be a wall with three symbols. Complete the hacks using the symbols from left to right. Once done, enemies will try to take you down. Eliminate them to progress. Once they are dead, interact with the panel in the middle.

Now head either left or right and ascend the moving platform. Here, you will need to cross the space using the radiation shield psions to reach the other side. Once you get to the end, head inside the tube and turn left to find the gravlift. Interact with it and move forward through the portal. Depending on which side you did first, you will now need to activate the grav lift on the opposite side. Once both are activated, you can head to the final boss room.

The final boss room brings back all three psions. Unlock barriers with Quicksilver and use the Hack Psion to summon the boss. The boss during your first clear does not have a ton of health. At each health gate, your psion friends will be disrupted. A Warden Wyvern spawns that you must kill to free them. Kill it as quickly as possible because radiation will periodically engulf the arena. Once the boss is dead, summon your psions one more time and break the warsat in the middle. Then, after a short prompt from Ikora, you can interact with the Warsat to complete the mission and get your Exotic.
