LCK 2025: NS Versus DK Game One – Aiming and ShowMaker Reign Supreme
- LCK 2025: Week 14 Day Four HLE Falter While DNF Dominate BRO

DK and NS have one chance left to qualify for the LCK Playoff stage. The loser will see their year come to an end earlier than they want. DK began this all-important series with a win in game one. ShowMaker and Aiming carried DK through the first game of the series, denying NS’s dive composition. Will DK solve their second game problems?

LCK 2025: Coordination Is The Name of the Game

To kick off the first game of the series, both teams have drafted themselves a composition that relies heavily on their coordination. Lucid’s Jarvan IV is the engagement point for his team. The rest of DK must follow up at the perfect time to ensure successful teamfights. NS, on the other hand, has four champions that want to dive onto the enemy team, and they will need to coordinate to burst down a target.

NS Composition

  • Kingen – Ambessa
  • Gideon – Pantheon
  • Calix – Akali
  • Jiwoo – Corki
  • Lehends – Neeko

DK Composition

  • Siwoo – Rumble
  • Lucid – Jarvan IV
  • ShowMaker – Orianna
  • Aiming – Ezreal
  • BeryL – Karma

LCK 2025: Aiming and BeryL Win in Isolation

The draft for DK placed pressure on their Bot Lane with Ezreal Karma. They repaid the trust of their team by winning the lane in isolation. Despite NS having more kills in the early game, Aiming’s gold lead through CS kept DK even in the game. As a result, Gideon was forced to play on the opposite side of the map to try to build a lead for Kingen. Aiming having a lead in the game against the dive composition for NS means they will struggle to take the bot laner down.

LCK 2025: ShowMaker is a Raid Boss

The build from ShowMaker was perfect for the team composition he is playing against. Rod of Ages and Seraph’s Embrace make it so he will not die the first rotation to NS’s dive composition. Every time NS tried to target ShowMaker, he lived longer than they could handle. The only time that NS killed ShowMaker was before the Ocean Soul fight. However, it did not matter in the long run.

DK In a Familiar Position

DK wins another game one in a series. They did the same against BFX and BRO in the LCK Play-Ins. They followed that up with a loss in game two of the series. For mental purposes, DK needs to overcome their problems at this stage in the series.
