As you may expect from a metroidvania, Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown has plenty of different types of collectibles to gather throughout our adventure, but it’s not often that these collectibles fight back. One of the earliest quests you’ll receive as you traverse Mount Qaf is The Lost Warriors quest, where you must hunt down and defeat eight warriors to claim their Insignia of Persepolis.
These eight warriors are scattered across the entire game world, so we’ll show all of their locations.
The earliest warrior you’re likely to find is in the Hyrcanian Forest. From the first Wak Wak tree, continue right until you reach the room with a slope – the same room where you complete The Deserter quest in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown – head down the slope and off to the left where you can fight the warrior.
From the Citadel elevator in the Depths head left, past the Xerxes vendor, and into the short corridor room. You’ll need to approach it from the other side if it’s your first time through – via the Wak Wak tree. Bijan will be waiting for you inside.
This warrior is on the Old Royal Road, which is the starting area of the game. You will need to progress through the story before you can go back out and reach him though.
After you’ve defeated Master Behnam as part of the main quest and retrieved the Holy Scholar Key, return to the prison in the Sacred Archives. At the bottom of the prison to the left, there are three cells the key will open – the top one has Kroorosh inside.
When you first drop into the Pit of Eternal Sands, head down and then all the way to the right until you encounter a vertical room – if you find the second Wak Wak Tree you’ve gone too far. From there head up and back around to the left, and you’ll encounter Saman.
At the bottom of the Depths on the far right, there is an area that can only be accessed with the Gravity Wings ability which lets you double jump – you get it as part of the main quest. In this room, you’ll find your next opponent.
In the Upper City, you’ll find a big room on the right-hand side that contains the Night Temple fast travel point. Masoud is in this room but you won’t be able to reach him until you’ve got the Fabric of Time ability as part of the main quest.
In the Tower of Silence, make your way up to the top right corner of the area, and Pirouz will be hiding behind a series of tough platforming challenges.
Once you’ve defeated all eight warriors there is one last battle. Descend into the series of rooms below the Haven in the Lower City (a map marker will take you there) and you’ll be faced with a tough boss battle. Defeating him will complete the quest, earning you a lot of crystals and a Soma Tree Petal.
