XDefiant Guide – All Battle Pass Rewards

XDefiant is a free-to-play shooter game and like every other title before it, the game comes with a battle pass. Ubisoft’s original hero shooter launched on May 21, 2024. With the game releasing today as of the time of this writing, some players looking to get into the game might be wondering if the battle pass is worth it.

XDefiant Battle Pass

Most modern-day shooting games typically come with a battle pass, especially if it’s a free-to-play title. This is a developer’s way of making their money back and eventually generating profit from it. Ubisoft is no different as they also implemented a battle pass in XDefiant.

Players pondering on whether to get the battle pass or not might find it worth the purchase. This is mainly because the developers threw in enough XCoins (the in-game currency) for consumers to make their money back and continue to purchase the battle pass for free moving forward. That’s only given the player religiously completes the pass every season.

The battle pass comes in two packages:

  • Premium Battle Pass (700 XCoins)
  • Premium Battle Pass Bundle (1,200 XCoins)

The difference between the two packages is that the bundle rewards players with an additional 12 tiers. This is for users who’d like to skip the grind. Unfortunately, the currency shop doesn’t offer exactly 700 or 1,200 XCoins. For those looking to get the regular battle pass package, it’s safe to purchase 1,000 XCoins, which cost approximately $10. Those thinking of buying the bundle can purchase 1,500 XCoins, which costs around $15, or get the 2,100 XCoins deal, which costs an estimated $20.

Rewards

While earning 700 XCoins back from the battle pass sounds like a great deal, one might wonder if the other rewards are any good. XDefiant’s preseason battle pass consists of 50 tiers, which players can complete within 41 days or depending on when they purchase the pass.

On top of those tiers, battle pass owners will immediately claim three extra rewards:

  • Anarchy (Rare Gia Skin)
  • Anarchy (Rare ACR 6.8 Skin)
