The Indiana Fever have been hit with several challenges this season, playing under head coach Stephanie White.
Indiana certainly had an improved roster from last season, but the Fever have dealt with constant struggles in the injury realm. They recently added salt to the wound with an update on Sophie Cunningham.
Cunningham went down with an injury in the Fever's most recent game against the Connecticut Sun.
She wound up being ruled out do the rest of the season. In an ensuing move, the Fever signed guard Shey Peddy to a 7-day hardship contract. Indiana also released Kyra Lambert, who was with the team for less than one week.
After the Cunningham news was released, Aliyah Boston took to social media.
On her Instagram story, Boston sent a message to Cunningham: "Love you babes."
