All eyes are on Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever entering a highly anticipated 2025 season.

After setting the NCAA's all-time scoring record, Clark took the WNBA by storm last season. The No. 1 pick won Rookie of the Year and earned first-team All-WBA honors with 19.2 points and a league-high 8.4 assists per game.

The Fever snapped a seven-year playoff drought with a 20-20 campaign, but their sights are set much higher after a busy offseason. They'll showcase an upgraded roster in two preseason games this weekend.

On Wednesday, Clark and her teammates posed in their Fever uniforms during their media day. Here's a look at a picture from Clark's photoshoot:

Expectations are sky high for Clark in Year 2. Per FanDuel Sportsbook, the star guard is a +200 favorite to win MVP over A'ja Wilson, who just won her third MVP in the last five years following a historically dominant 2024.

The Fever, who haven't won a playoff series in 10 years, have the same odds as the Las Vegas Aces (+350) to win the title. Only the defending champion New York Liberty are a bigger favorite (+230) to win it all.

However, those hopes extend beyond Clark taking a sophomore leap.

Indiana replaced head coach Christie Sides with Stephanie White, who steered the Fever to the WNBA Finals in 2015. White led the Connecticut Sun to a 28-12 season and first-round win over Indiana last year.

Along with re-signing Kelsey Mitchell, the Fever reloaded by adding several prominent veterans. DeWanna Bonner, Natasha Howard, and Sydney Colson have each won multiple championships, and Sophie Cunningham gives the backcourt another sharpshooter.

"As far as the teams that I've coached in the W, it's the deepest, most talented roster I've been a part of," White said on Tuesday, via team reporter Wheat Hotchkiss.

Although Clark is excited to play with her new teammates, she doesn't expect them to instantly develop impeccable on-court chemistry.

"Everybody knows we have so much talent, but at the same time, you've got to put that together," Clark said. "It's not going to be like, alright, you have all these great players, you step out on the court, it's going to work. It's going to take a little bit of time to figure things out, figure out how everybody works with one another."

Indiana begins its preseason on Saturday before Clark returns to Carver-Hawkeye Arena for an exhibition matchup against Brazil's national team on Sunday. The Fever open the regular season against the Chicago Sky on Saturday, May 17.
